We are at a crucial moment in the HIV epidemic in Canada. Despite significant scientific and medical advances over the past few years, the HIV epidemic continues to disproportionally affect socially and economically marginalized people. A comprehensive, community-driven, holistic response that combines HIV treatment and prevention, health and human rights is needed.
When finalized, the Canadian Consensus Statement will provide fundamental shared principles to help guide us as we build that response.
Here is your opportunity to provide input to the draft Statement and help shape the national response to the HIV epidemic.
